SHIPPING / DELIVERY / PICK UP:
Your order is shipped as soon as possible, and we strive for a delivery time of 3-5 business days. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, we will ship your order the following bank day.
We send all our items as packages to make it possible to track the package, should there be any problems along the way. The goods are insured in transit and on receipt please check the package contents. If the package and / or the contents is damaged when you receive it, please report it to Post Denmark or UPS within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us afterwards.
ELISE GUG is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care, so the risk of cargo damage is minimized.
In addition, the following apply to your purchase at www.elisegug.com:
• Danish VAT of 25% are included in all prices.
• This VAT will not be deducted when shipping outside Denmark.
• All items in Denmark will be shipped by Post Nord.
• You must pay the return postage, if you want to return the items.
• For orders outside Denmark, we charge a fee of DKK 200.00.
For orders below 400 DKK, we charge 50 DKK for transport.
• Orders for abroad are sent by courier (UPS) and shipping time is usually 2-3 business days.

SOLD OUT ITEMS:
We reserve the right to have sold out items that therefore cannot be delivered. In that case, you will be contacted with information about a possible similar product.

The amount is debited when the item is shipped from www.elisegug.com.
Your payment is secured by NETS. Communication between the customer and NETS are encrypted, so neither ELISE GUG or others outside NETS have access to information on your credit card.
14 DAYS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:
When you shop online at ELISE GUG you have 14 days to inform us that you wish to cancel your order and then return the item to us within the next 14 days.
Some items are not covered by this right, which will be appear clearly in the ordering process.
The right of cancellation applies from the day you received your order. If the deadline expires on a bank holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day (DK), Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, deadline is extended to the following business day.
In case you wish to return your order and receive a full refund, it is required that the goods are handled in the same way as in a physical store. In other words – you may try the product on, but not take it in actual use.
If the product is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you, by cancellation of the purchase only get part of or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.
In order to exercise this right, you must, by an unequivocal statement, notify us in writing within 14 days after receiving your order.

By return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility to ensure packages / goods until we receive it. It is therefore advised to keep postal receipt and any tracking number.
You must pay the costs of returning the goods when you regret your purchase.
Items should be returned unused and with all ELISE GUG garment tags still attached.
We expect that you send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of return, and you must return them within 14 days.
