Shipping information
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Items in stock are shipped within 1–2 business days. If an item is not in stock, you will be informed and delivery will normally be within 1–2 weeks.
All shipments are sent with tracking. Please check the package upon receipt and report any transport damage to the carrier within 2 days.
Shipping
- All orders: Delivery DKK 40.
- Denmark: PostNord.
- Abroad / Italy: UPS.
Returns
- Full-price items: Free return.
- Sale items: DKK 50 for returns from Denmark or EUR 15 for international returns when using an ELISE GUG return label.

SOLD OUT ITEMS
If an item is sold out, we will offer an alternative or refund the payment immediately.
PAYMENT
We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, MobilePay (DK) and PayPal. Payment is charged when the order is shipped. Payments are handled securely via NETS.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (14 DAYS)
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return the item. This right also applies to sale items purchased online. Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Items must be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. A reduction may be made from the refund if an item has been handled beyond this.

Items must be securely packed and returned with all tags attached. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.
Return shipping is free for full-price items. For sale items, DKK 50 for returns from Denmark or EUR 15 for international returns will be deducted from the refund when an ELISE GUG return label is used.
