RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (14 DAYS)
When shopping online at ELISE GUG, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item.
Some items are excluded; this will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

You may try the item as you would in a physical store, but it must not be used. Used items may be refunded only partially or not at all, depending on their condition.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day (DK), Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the next business day.

We offer free returns unless the item has a discount of 50% or more.
For items discounted by 50% or more, refunds are issued as store credit only, DK: Tilgodebevis. This applies regardless of reason for return.

For discounted items, return costs are paid by the customer. We can provide a return label on request (approx. €15 from abroad / 50 DKK within Denmark).

Items must be returned unused, securely packed, and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for the item until we receive it.
