RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (14 DAYS)

You have 14 days from delivery to return the item. Exclusions are shown at checkout. Items may be tried on, but not used. Used items may be refunded partially or not at all. If a deadline falls on a non-business day, it moves to the next business day.

Free returns apply unless the item is discounted 50% or more.
Items discounted 50%+ are refunded as store credit (DK: tilgodebevis) only.

For discounted items, return shipping is paid by the customer (label on request: approx. €15 abroad / 50 DKK in Denmark).

Returns must be unused, securely packed, with tags attached. Responsibility remains with the customer until received by us.
