SHIPPING / DELIVERY / PICK UP / RETURNS:
We have a new service together with our two italian partners. We can deliver almost 1.000 different models in all sizes and available colours. So if the model you want is not on stock as a finished model, we will make it from the fabrics, left over from production and ship it to you from Italy in approximately 1-2 weeks. We ship by UPS and to your address, which also can be your workplace or anywhere after your choice.
Your order is shipped as soon as possible, and we strive for a delivery time of 3-15 business days. If your order is on stock, it will be shipped the same day from Copenhagen – or very soon thereafter. If we need to produce your order the delivery is between 1-2 weeks.
We send all our items as packages to make it possible to track the package, should there be any problems along the way. The goods are insured in transit and on receipt please check the package contents. If the package and / or the contents is damaged when you receive it, please report it to Post Denmark or UPS within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us afterwards.
ELISE GUG is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care, so the risk of cargo damage is minimized.
In addition, the following apply to your purchase at www.elisegug.com:
• Danish VAT of 25% are included in all prices.
• This VAT will not deducted when shipping outside EU.
• All items in Denmark will be shipped by Post Nord.
• For orders outside Denmark or from Italy we ship with UPS.
• Free shipping on all orders.
• We pay the return postage on new items.
• We do not pay the return for items on sale, however, the right to return remains unchanged, two weeks and no explanations needed. After all, this is fine clothes, and you need to like it to wear it, so better to return it than keeping it unused in your closet.

We reserve the right to have sold out items that therefore cannot be delivered. We will either suggest a similar product or return the payment at once.
PAYMENT AND CARDS:
We accept most cards at www.elisegug.com:
· Dankort/VISA, VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard,Visa Electron and MobilePay (Denmark)
(We are trying to get other mobile payment solutions, feel free to suggest one, there are some issues at play that makes some solutions difficult.)
The amount is debited when the item is shipped from www.elisegug.com. When you get a notice with an invoice, this means that your order is shipped.
Your payment is secured by NETS. Communication between the customer and NETS are encrypted, so neither ELISE GUG or others outside NETS have access to information on your credit card.
14 DAYS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:
When you shop online at ELISE GUG you have 14 days to return the item to us – no explanation needed. We try to send a return-label, if not please just ask for a label, we pay the return. Remember, no explanation for the return is needed.
If some items are not covered by this right, it will be appear clearly in the ordering process. (Items on sale or 2. grade or faulty items sold very cheap)
Returns: The legal issues are listed below, and they are listed to prevent us from fraud. However, we are not nerds, and so far all returns have been accepted, even if the 2 weeks have been transgressed, just mail us for the label and ship it. Damaged clothes will not be accepted and we do not accept dirty or smelly clothes.
Here are the legal and binding rules, equal to most other web shops:
The right of cancellation applies from the day you received your order. If the deadline expires on a bank holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day (DK), Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, deadline is extended to the following business day.
In case you wish to return your order and receive a full refund, it is required that the goods are handled in the same way as in a physical store. In other words – you may try the product on, but not take it in actual use.
If the product is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you, by cancellation of the purchase only get part of or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.
In order to exercise this right, you must, by an unequivocal statement, notify us in writing within 14 days after receiving your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

At return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility to ensure packages / goods until we receive it. It is therefore advised to keep postal receipt and any tracking number.
Items should be returned unused and with all ELISE GUG garment tags still attached.
We expect that you send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of return, and you must return them within 14 days.
